We want you to be 100% satisfied with your organic beauty experience. We know how important your hair is to you and want to provide you with a look that makes you feel absolutely amazing!  As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If at any point you are unhappy with your experience we will make all adjustments to ensure you leave the salon feeling your best!  At the end of the day, our mission is to provide you with an experience that allows you to trust in us and turn to LH Salon for all of your beauty needs. If after your visit you are unhappy with your results we will be happy to make adjustments.

Re-do Guild lines

  • Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Sometimes this takes time, but we are willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with us!
  • Your color is valid for a re-do up to 7 days after your service(s) was performed
  • You will no longer be eligible for a re-do service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.
  • If your hair is compromised prior to your visit with us or we are making severe color changes, you will be required to invest in the recommended products to be eligible to receive any sort of re-do. This does not include products purchased from any other retailer or salon.
  • If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color present in the hair you will not be qualified for a redo service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during our LH 5 Star consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting).

LH Salon 5 Star Consultation

Our 5-star consultation is a complete evaluation of your hair, face shape, and cranial shape. During this time we devise a plan that will give you a realistic and healthy course of action to reach your final beauty desires. You will also be given a prescription of recommended home care and a personalized maintenance schedule.

LH Salon Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or a No-show reservation are subject to 50% of menu pricing charge for services reserved. Cancelation fee must be paid to reserve a future appointment. Late cancellation or no-shows for a second time will be asked to pay in full prior to appointment.

Late Arrivals

We request that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to allow plenty of time to fill out weavers and be introduced to our space and your stylist. We reserve the right to reschedule any arrivals later than 10 minutes to a future reservation. This ensures that stylist will be able to provide adequate services to you and other guests.

Product Returns

We stand strongly behind our home care and believe that the items recommended are the best for your reoccurring maintenance. We do understand that sometimes certain products just are not for everyone and we are happy to exchange any product within 14 days of purchase.
